Learning with Mindfulness
Training in the practice of mindfulness-helping participants imbue their insights and actions with presence, clarity, and openness-provides the foundation. This training has three parts:
- Stop to create stillness, quiet, and openness
- Connect through listening and investigating in order to understand
- Engage by developing skillful and appropriate action in the world
