VISITING STUDENTS YOUTH PROGRAM
The VISITING STUDENTS YOUTH PROGRAM supports young people to develop life skills for leading healthy and meaningful lives.
Through the application of mindfulness practice, instructors model and teach valuable tools for dealing with emotions, stress, peer and family relationships, discrimination, and injustice.
Farm, craft and wilderness activities, create a stimulating yet grounded culture ideal for youth and young adults, nurturing a sense of connection and responsibility.
The youth program teaches young people to take refuge in a stable place within themselves; to care for their bodies and minds; and to see the many paths and learning opportunities that are before them.
It strives to nourish young people in such a way that they can look towards their adult life with enthusiasm and confidence.
