Winter Block:
DEEPENING THE INNER LIFE PROGRAM
The winter program is a special retreat for adults and young adults with a focus on mindfulness, meditation and developing the inner life.
Teachers, participants and community residents practice together, creating a quiet inward atmosphere and mutual learning environment in which a variety of meditation themes are taken up. Participants also bring awareness to social interactions and other daily activities such as painting, weaving, cross country skiing, chopping wood and maple sugaring.
